It’s perhaps a tad unfortunate that when one talks about Pixel smartphones, somehow the discussion revolves around the camera only. It’s an almost universally accepted fact that when it comes to smartphone cameras, Pixel is the benchmark. Perhaps that’s why it’s just camera, camera and camera about the Pixel phones. Having said that, the fact is that Pixel smartphones are closest to the perfect Android smartphones one can get their hands on. We say that as in terms of software updates and security patches, it’s always a step ahead of the competition. They are also perfect for those who are ensconced in the Google ecosystem. We used the Pixel 3 for a while and found out that there’s more to it than just having the best camera. Much more. Read our review to find out more:
Google Pixel 3 Design

The thing with Pixel phones is that they’ve never had the shine and sheen that its competitors have gone for. Even the colour variants Google comes out are simple yet they do convey what they’re all about. The same goes for Pixel 3’s design: it doesn’t scream elegance but it retains the ‘premium-ness’ of an expensive phone. Compared to the Pixel 2, a lot of people would feel that Google hasn’t done much to improve the design. It’s true to a great extent as the back retains the shiny glass at the top while the lower body has a matte finish. If it ain’t broke, why fix it, seems to be the mantra Google has adopted with the Pixel 3’s two-tone design.
