OnePlus 6T vs Poco F1: Xiaomi wants you to do the maths
NEW DELHI: OnePlus fans, Chinese smartphone brand Xiaomi wants you to do a simple maths: Compare the cost of its Poco F1 smartphone with that of the all-new OnePlus 6T smartphone. In a tweet on its the official Twitter account of Poco (@IndiaPOCO), the company has posted a video in which compares the price difference between the two smartphones that are powered by same high-end processor from Qualcomm, Snapdragon 845. "Never Settle for OverPriced. Unlock the #MasterOfSpeed. You decide. #DoTheMath," goes the tweet.


The video compares the starting price tag of Rs 20,999 of Poco F1 with Rs 37,999 starting price of OnePlus 6T and asks the buyers to do the Maths.


OnePlus has just launched its latest flagship of the year OnePlus 6T in India. The all-new OnePlus runs on Android 9.0 Pie operating system out-of-the-box. It sports a 6.41-inch full HD+ display with 1080x2340 pixel resolution. The smartphone comes with an in-display fingerprint sensor and water drop like notch. The handset packs a 3,700 mAh battery which is 400mAh more than OnePlus 6’s 3300mAh. It also supports fast charge tech (5V 4A). OnePlus 6T will be exclusively available on Amazon India website. The smartphone will go on sale from November 1.


While Xiaomi launched the Poco F1 in August this year in India. The smartphone is the company's only device running on Snapdragon 845 available in India and its pricing goes all the way up to Rs 29,999.


On specs front, Poco F1 comes with a 6.18-inch full HD+ display and runs Android 8.1 Oreo operating system topped with company's own layer of customisation. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor with Adreno 630 GPU. It features a dual rear camera setup with a 12MP primary sensor and 5MP secondary sensor. The front houses a 20MP selfie camera with beautification mode.
